What is the current TAT?

  • Current TAT can be found on the banner at the top of the website at any time.

What if I need an Order by a certain day/time or need an order rushed for same or next day?

  • Please message us with your needs so we can see if we can accommodate the request, we understand things come up and do our best to work with you to get you taken care of when at all possible.

How will I know when my Order ships?

  • Once an order ships you will receive a notification with tracking information for the order.

How will I know when my order is ready to be picked up for Local Pickup.

  • Once an order is ready you will receive a “Ready for Pickup” notification email with the address & information for pickup.

How are prints sized?

  • Individual prints that are ordered and not part of a gang sheet are sized by the longest side of the design for consistency.

What materials can DTF transfers be applied to?

  • Any type of fabric, including cotton, polyester, nylon, blends and leather. They can even be used on other surfaces like paper, cardboard and wood.

What types of materials can UV DTF Decals & Wraps be used on?

  • UV transfers can be applied to most hard surfaces such as glass, plastic, wood, metal, ect. UV DTF is not dishwasher safe and needs to cure for 24 hours before coming in contact with any water to ensure proper adhesion.

Can I purchase a png file for designs that are sold as transfers?

  • Only designs that we have created ourselves and offer as png files are available for purchase as png digital downloads. Designs by other designers are not our property to sell and will not be available as digital downloads.

Can I use a household iron to apply transfers?

  • We would only recommend using a commercial heat press intended for pressing. Some do use household irons for applying transfers, they do not provide the accurate pressure and consistent heat needed for proper pressing.
