Shipping policy

All orders will be sent out with tracking information. Our TAT does not include shipping times. We are not responsible for issues with shipping once turned over to shipping carrier. If you would like to add insurance for your package please let us know and we can add it to your order and invoice for the amount. 

Things that could possibly delay processing time- custom orders, orders needing edits or reprints, orders submitted with files not correctly formatted with a high quality png format and a transparent background and when we have sent an email requesting information and are waiting on a reply.
